A Nice Two Weeks Off 03/22/2009

Just had a nice couple of weeks off.

The Spinal Inclinometry course with Matt Wallden was great and I learnt some new stuff...there were about 15 on the course...a mixture of Chek Practitioners,Osteopaths and Chiropractors.

The Quantum Touch weekend was ok but didn't meet my high expectations of course presentation but since the course I feel I learnt more than I initially thought.

The first client I practiced on after the course was my brother's cat which has stomach cancer...the poor moggie let me run energy into its stomach for about 15 mins and then jumped off the bed...session over!!!

The first post course human had a spinal scoliosis and my hands, arm, chest and stomach were buzzing like mad with energy...the scoliosis didn't improve although I did manage to change the taste of fruit juice by running energy into it!!

I attended a Sanskrit Mantra Chanting Workshop  in Windsor on Saturday which was great...it was run by Heather of
Isis Sounds.

I did plenty of Chi Kung at Dorney Lake and read The Riches Within by Dr.John F. Demartini in Costa Coffee in Eton...my favourite coffee shop.

The weather was great and I managed 3 rides on my bike of an hour each...a couple of short 20 min runs and a few sessions in the gym.

Got 2nd week in April off too...might go away for that one.

I  play this track from Tales From Topographic Oceans by Yes in my car almost daily...the intricate and demanding bass playing on it is just perfect...this version is played by Miguel Falcao from Portugal whose rendition of Chris Squire's bass lines is staggering.

Time To Relax 03/08/2009

I am taking the next two weeks off to relax, recharge my batteries and take a couple of courses.

Next wednesday I am travelling to Matt Wallden's clinic in Surrey to take his evening course on Spinal Inclinometry (measuring spinal curves) and the following weekend I am attending a Quantum Touch workshop as part of my practitioner training...I think this course will be a pivotal moment in my life...I can't wait!!!

I have Stuart Peach coming round to give me a much needed massage tomorrow...cheers Stu.

I am on day 7 of a 10 day detox using Alfred Vogel's Detox Box and I must say I do feel more energetic as a result...I have combined some
of Doug Kaufman's Anti Fungal Diet,Hulda Clark's parasite cleanse and Vogel's detox...I did this two years ago and had quite an experience with Herxeimer's Reaction which is when the parasites and fungi die off and don't want to leave without letting you know they are pissed off!!!

I had flu like symptoms and was in bed for two days but couldn't sleep as I was so jittery,my dreams were psychedelic and bizarre...after two days I felt like I had been plugged into the mains as my energy levels went ballistic!!

Wonder what awaits me this time?!!!
