This is a picture of my alfresco gym outside my flat...when the weather is great I much prefer to train outside in the sun and this is where I do it...I have some floor mats,a swiss ball,a 10kg and a 16kg kettebell,a rocker board,a skipping rope,a 3kg medicine ball and a body blade...I do five exercises of about 10 reps with no rest, then rest about 90 secs and then repeat up to 5 times...it's short, not so sweet but it ramps up the old metabolism like crazy!!!

This is a photo of Dorney Lake near Maidenhead where I do my barefoot running and Chi Kung...it is totally man made and was once just fields but now contains the Olympic Rowing Lake which will be used for the 2012 Olympics...the area is huge and contains various areas of trees, grasslands and small lakes...it is open to the public and I love it as it is so quiet yet is only 15mins from where I live in slough.

This is my folding chair at Dorney where I just sit in peace and quiet and read.

This is what I am reading at the moment...Born To Heal is about the spiritual healer Harry Edwards in the 1940's...it contains fantastic evidence of spiritual healings of so called hopeless cases considered uncurable by the medical profession of the time.

On the left is my Chi Stick I use for doing Tai Chi Ruler exercises and on the right is one of my Tibetan Bowls...I typically do about 20 mins Chi Stick and follow it with 10 mins of Tibetan Bowl movements, striking the bowl in time with my breathing rate.

Last week I was fortunate enough to find myself in near Waltham Place Farm Shop and Tea Room just outside Maidenhead.

They only serve food grown Organically on the farm which means zero food miles and awesome local, seasonal produce...the menu is whatever was picked from the garden that morning...they serve tea, coffee, home made organic cakes and biscuits, soup and salad, home made organic bread made from grains grown on the farm...the butter and milk is from their own cows and is raw, unpasteurised which means it is good for your health, unlike pasteurised milk.

Above is a picture of my lunch...salad and pickled egg, lovage soup, rye bread with raw butter and salad dressing...all for only £5...what a bargain!!!

The gardens are amazing to walk around and are grown biodynamically which is even better than organic and uses the phases of the moon and stars to determine the best times for planting and involves planting certain plants together to improve the soil and resistance to pests...fertiliser is home made and buried in cow horns over the summer or winter to improve its effect...

If even a fraction of the money that is wasted on "scientific research" into curing cancer and other diseases was invested in this type of farming and food production there would be almost no need for medical drugs because 90% of all diseases would be PREVENTED.

Bravo all the workers at Waltham Place...they are the true Doctors and
Nutritionists because they keep us healthy with REAL food and not sick and ill like so many of those muppets with PhD's have been doing for years.
