Last week my mate Dave returned from teaching a week of exercise and relaxation in Portugal.
He is a CHEK Practitioner and has just started a 3 yr Acupuncture Degree in Reading.
We stuffed ourselves in Francesco's Italian Restaurant in Maidenhead before heading of to the cinema to watch  the film Surrogates starring Bruce Willis...I thought the film was poor but did notice it was loaded with Fabian/Eugenics symbolism.

 

I try eat Organic healthy food 90% of the time and the other 10% is stuff like this!!!

This is Sarah who is one of the lovliest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet.

On Thursday morning I did some Chi Gong on the banks of Virginia Water in Surrey.
I was about 10 mins into it when I opened my eyes and caught the sun rising and lighting up the forest on the far side of the lake.
It was a fantastic bright orange colour.and my camera phone just didn't do it justice.

Chem trails are often visible in the sky these days...they differ from con trails in that they don't disappear but hang around for ages and actually spread wider.
They have been analysed and been found to contain nasties such as Aluminium and Cadmium.
Many believe they are designed to lower our immune systems and leave us open to further illness...this is called a "soft kill" tactic in that death is not instant but gradually over a period of time.
Just google chemtrails and you will find much info about them.
