Keeping Fit...despite the weather!!

The weather has been rain,rain and more rain for about 3 weeks and as a result I haven't been out on me velo for yonks.
Did a couple of gym sessions last week,standing cable pushes,pulls and woodchop variations...10 reps,3 or 4 sets with 1 min rest between sets...followed by 10 mins on the punch bag,keeping it light and continuous,focusing on technique, to work up a good sweat.
Did two sessions of 15 secs sprints with 45 secs rest,done for 20 mins.
Yesterday I did a 20 min run down at Dorney and the grass was like a swamp it was so water logged!!!

Cancer Talk

Thank you to the five people who attended my latest talk.
As usual I over ran time wise and my 90 min talk lasted 2 hrs but nobody seemed to mind.
It is difficult not to over run as I have so much information I want to impart that I lose track of time and an hour seems like 10mins.
I received some nice encouragement after the talk from a chap who has cancer and has chosen to use natural methods of healing after his experience with the conventional chemo route.
He said he was implementing many of the things I covered and he is doing well...his Dr. is impressed with his progress.
Thank you Mary for your support by attending my talks and your enthusiasm for good health.

Just came across this awesome video on David Icke's website at www.davidicke.com.

If you want to educate yourself about cancer and it's treatment I cannot recommend it highly enough.

If you believe the medical authorities are genuinely looking for a cancer "cure" then this will be a real world wake up call.

If you or someone you care about has cancer then my advice is watch this video first before you go anywhere near chemo or radiotherapy.

If you still decide to go the chemo route, good luck, you were warned.

Great Weekend

Just spent a fantastic Saturday at a presentation by Ian R Crane in Eastbourne.

He talked for 7 hrs about various topics including the financial crisis, geopolitics, natural medicine, the Olympic games, vaccines, chemtrails, the sun, Mayan cosmology and many others.

He was VERY informed about all the topics he discussed and I highly recommend his talks and DVD's to anyone looking to educate themselves about REAL world events.

There were about 45 people of all ages attending and we all listened carefully to what Ian had to say.

I drove down there on Friday afternoon and stayed in a local guesthouse which was full of Germans so I got to converse in German at breakfast..nicht wahr?!!!

Before brekky I headed for the beach and did 20 mins of sprints up the pebble sloping beach mixed in with kettlebell cleans and over head presses with 16kg.

Then brekky...then back to the beach for 20 mins of Chi Gong with me trusty chi stick....then off to the talk.

I am driving down on Friday and on the way I shall be visiting Hook and Son's farm where I get my organic, raw milk from because they are located just north of Eastbourne.

Thermography Talk

Last Friday evening I attended an excellent talk about Thermography.

I was already aware of its existence and have been recommending it for about a year now but i was interested in knowing more.

The couple who were presenting were Homeopaths who are trained in operating the Thermography cameras and they showed us some amazing before and after thermal images of cancer tumours.

The tumours had shrunk tremendously in just two months thanks to some lifestyle changes which helped the body detoxify.

The lady presenting had cured her own breast cancer by this same method.

Thermography is a thermal image that picks up infra red changes in heat caused by tumours, inflammation, nerve damage and a host of other things and is by no means limited to detecting cancer.

Thermography can detect potential illness 10 years before it shows up enough to be detected by "modern" technology such as x-ray, ultra sound and mammograms.

X-ray and mammograms use cancer causing radiation and therefore increase the likelihood of you getting it...thermography has NO side effects.

Not surprisingly they have had a lot of resistance from the medical profession due to ignorance and the perceived threat to their incomes.

This is a VERY important video to watch and is FAR more important than whatever you are doing now.

If you are not outraged or extremely concerned by what you hear then you are NOT PAYING ATTENTION.

Just ordered my delivery of meat from this outstanding farm....it ain't cheap but it's a superior product so you'd expect to pay extra for it.

It is run by Jody Scheckter,former Formula 1 racing driver and is Organic AND Biodynamically certified.

My favourite is the organic,unsmoked back bacon without any nitrates added as preservatives.

Cancer Talk

Thank You to the four brave souls who attended my 2nd Cancer Prevention Talk on the 27th Feb in Maidenhead.

It was a 2 hr extravaganza of lights, lasers and dancing girls, all topped off with a firework display....shame most of you missed it!!!

Still, I'm sure there was something exciting on the telly that night.
