Fillet Beef and Organic Salad
This is what I call real food...Beef fillet and Organic Salad.
The beef is from Windsor Farm Shop and is lightly fried in Duck Fat...the salad is organic from Waitrose and I added organic extra virgin olive oil,a pinch of himalayan sea salt,organic black pepper and a pinch of organic dried sage...topped off with a sliced clove of organic garlic!!!

For pud I mixed Organic Pineapple Chunks,Organic Greek Yoghurt,Organic Cashew Nut Butter and Organic Pine Nuts together..Yum Yum.

Healthy food doesn't have to cost a fortune or take an age to prepare...I estimate this meal cost me about £6 and took about 10 mins to prepare....it can be made a lot cheaper by substituting the Fillet Beef for a cheaper cut or not using organic ingredients but I do not skimp on my food...I estimate I spend £100 a week on food as I buy organic whenever possible.

The Proof

Many people think I am nuts for spending that kind of money on food but I am passionate about my health and the benefits of organic food...this photo shows I try and lead by example rather than tell everyone what to do but not follow my own advice...how many so-called health care professionals can say that?
I will be 50 yrs old next year.
