
Yeeehaaa!!!
Snow came to Slough and it was 'kin freezin' but that doesn't mean I have an excuse to not work out.

The Gear
All I need is a rubber mat for press ups...a 10kg kettlebell to throw around and a 5kg medicine ball.

Lunge and Overhead Press
Sprints up the hill followed by various exercises was the order of the day.

Press Up
This is a great way to rev up the metabolism and generate a healthy appetite for breakfast.

All done...Time for Breakfast.
I love training outside on a cold,crisp,clear winter morning...it makes me feel ALIVE!!!

My Running Track
The last 3 mornings I have been sprinting up this hill in the snow and you can still see the path I wore 3 days later.
