Why You Should Avoid Fortified Foods. 01/17/2010
If you thought the processed food industry and the health authorities had your good health in mind by "fortifying" foods just watch this video for a reality check. People think "fortified" means the manufacturers voluntarily want to give you extra value for money by adding quality vitamins to their products...Ha Ha Ha...you must be joking!!! "Fortified" really means "this product is so dead and void of nutrition that the authorities have mandated we put some vitamins back in so we don't blatantly kill people who eat it". You would think,then,that the vitamins added would actually be of benefit to your health...wrong again I'm afraid. The vitamins and nutrients added to fortified foods are mostly synthetic (man made in a lab) versions of the real thing and are actually detrimental to your health. The breakfast cereal in the video was fortified with iron...IRON FILINGS!!! How the f**k can anyone digest iron filings for God's sake? The most worrying part is that this is even ALLOWED in food. The "health" authorities and "food" manufacturers have been working together for DECADES to slowly poison you and your family and this is a small example of what they get up to. Do yourself a favour...don't eat processed food...eat organic,free range,fresh foods that were provided by Mother Nature and we can put these bastards out of business at the same time.
