Finally it is warm enough to venture outside without thermals on.

It has been a cold and grim winter so it was nice to get my shirt off and feel the sun on my pastey white flesh!!!

Friday morning it was about 18 degrees so I did some Chi Gong outside with my Chi Stick.

After 20 mins of Chi Gong it was time for brekkie followed by a nice home-made Organic espresso with a dollop of Organic Coconut Oil in it.
