My trusty Five Finger Sprints finally exploded so I bought some new SPEEDS.
They are fan- bloody- tastic and are much comfier than the sprints.
The soles are beefed up and could stand up to trail running.
I have worn them twice in the gym and am impressed as they don't make my feet sweat like the sprints did.

I even bought some special finger type socks so I can wear them outside when it's cold but they are warmer than the sprints anyway so I might get away with no socks for a while yet.
I got them from www.apex-sports.co.uk in Farnham Common near Slough.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and were interested in my experiences with my old pair.
