Apparently rickets has made a massive re-emergence amongst children due to them staying indoors too much playing computer games!!!
There is far more to this than meets the eye...Rickets is a vitamin D deficiency and so the obvious solution is to get out in the sun and top up with it.
But no...the sun is,as we have all been told,a dangerous monster that causes skin cancer...I guess the "creator" had a bad day when he/she/it created the sun,but nobody's perfect.
So we lather toxic sunscreens on our pale/pasty skin which nicely stops the suns's rays from doing their job.
Kellogs,bless 'em have,have the answer...Vitamin D fortified breakfast cereals!!!
The vitamin D used will be synthetic and will be useless if not poisonous to the body.
The answer is get out in the sun as much as possible and cover up before you start to burn.
Eat whole,fresh organic produce to your metabolic type.
Do not use sunscreens if at all possible as they are mostly toxic...use organic,toxin free ones if you must use them.
Avoid all breakfast cereals...especially fortified ones as they do nothing to aid your health and will actually cause your health to deteriorate because they are dead foods that actually rob your body of nutrients to run them through your body.
