A few days ago a raw food and milk seller in California was raided by gun-toting cops who confiscated most of the food. The reason given was that the food was being sold illegally but it was actually a private food club where each member is actually a part owner and they also own the cows that the milk was from. This is REAL criminals at work and the FDA just wants to shut down as many raw food and milk farms as possible. Why? Because the authorities DO NOT want people becoming self sufficient and eating good,wholesome foods...one of the main ways people are subdued and kept ill is by poisoning the food supply...unadulterated food is a threat to this and cannot be allowed. Why do you think raw milk is targeted and yet cancer causing additives like aspartame,nitrates,nitrites and MSG and fluoride are allowed?...It is NOT by accident. The USA is an extreme example of this but the same thing is happening in the UK too but on a smaller scale...for now. There is a lot of controversy about whether Barack Obama is actually eligible to be President of The United States. This video is very revealing and even has Obama himself stating he is NOT legally able to be President!!! This is very serious as it directly contravenes the American Constitution...but it is not surprising as Obama,just like Bush before him,is slowly dismantling the constitution and taking away basic freedoms from the american people. The riots in London and other major cities in the UK are being portrayed as just looters and wasters,especially young black ones,going on an orgy of destruction to nick a couple of flat screen TV's and a pair of Nikes. This is like blaming the bullet for killing someone and not the shooter. The riots here are EXACTLY the same as the riots in the Greece ,Egypt,Libya etc The people are well and truly fed up with the state of things and this is an uprising of anger in response to that. The media shows bankers getting massive bonuses, destroying the economy and peoples livelihoods ,getting bailed out with OUR taxes, and then getting even more bonuses!!! Politicians fiddle expenses and then vote themselves a pay rise!!! Cameron wastes millions of pounds and hundreds of lives sending us to war with Libya...and gets praised for being "strong" and "robust". Some poor sod nicks a telly from Currys and gets 6 months in jail!!! The inequality is deliberate and planned...an underclass of people living on benefits is maintained,on purpose,to be used to fuel riots and unrest so the powers that be can justify the bringing in of armed police and the army. The police have been cut back so they cannot respond to these events...the "solution" will be the british army or FOREIGN police and military. The British Forces have been decimated so they cannot respond and cope and the "solution" will be a EUROPEAN army and eventually a WORLD army...which will be NATO. The same template is being used around the world because the same control system is behind it and the "solution" is to be a worlwide one. Saw the film Super 8 last weekend. It is Cloverfield meets ET and I was not impressed. As is usual, with Hollywood, the film is being used to subliminally condition us,especially kids,into seeing the world in a certain way. Single parent families were the "norm" in this film and the one family with both mum and dad was portrayed as a mad house. The subterranean homesick alien was being used to reinforce the idea the military has been aware of aliens for decades and prepare us for a revelation or invasion from another world. Interestingly this alien lived below ground...possibly a hint at underground alien bases? The most sinister part of this film was the discussion by the main children characters about the best ways to commit suicide!!! The girl in the film also states she wished her dad was dead. This drip,drip,drip into the subconscious of children about suicide is VERY planned and orchestrated. Ian Gauldie 6th Dan 08/03/2011
Bumped into my former martial arts teacher and good friend Ian Gauldie this week. Ian was awarded his 6th Dan in Jiu jItsu at the weekend and well deserved it is too. For those who are unaware...a Dan is a grade after black belt...they go up to 10th dan which are VERY rare. He started martial arts at about 9 yrs of age and he is now about 43 yrs old. He founded Combat Academy UK and now oversees many clubs in the Berks/Bucks area. Ian is a fantastic teacher...he manages to be informative AND funny at the same time...no mean feat. His skill at his art is awesome...he truly is a master of it. The amount of work he puts in to the club is staggering...every time I went to his house he would be doing something relating to the club...a MASSIVE amount of unseen work goes into organising competitions and gradings that most people have no idea of All this was done whilst holding down a full time job and having 3 kids...he is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. He has been a huge influence on me over the years I have known him and my respect for him is massive. Well done,mate,you really earned that!!! Norwegian Disinformation 07/28/2011
The major media are all singing from the same hymn sheet regarding the bombing and shootings in Norway. There are detailed stories about how Breivik was a "lone gunman" who planned the massacre for years whilst liasing with right wing groups in the UK. He is being described as a "loner" with an obsession for ethnic cleansing and guns. The detail about how his formative years developed and his mindset at the time is staggering....it seems to me like it has been all made up and prepared to be released when the time was right. He is supposed to have killed over 80 people before he was stopped. This seems staggering to me...I bet an SAS sniper would struggle to kill 80 people in an hour and a half when they have scattered and are hiding There has to have been more than one gunman to kill that many. It reminds me of Timothy McVeigh and the bombing of the Murragh building in Oklahoma...he was supposed to have worked alone and parked a van loaded with explosives outside the building to blow it up. It was clearly shown that the blast came from INSIDE the building and blew the walls and widows OUT not IN. He was also seen with another man but that was not widely reported. A while before the blast,McVeigh and an accomplice were seen planting "grey putty" explosives in the building but the witness thought they were laying telephone cables. The Norway incident will go the same way...reports will emerge of accomplices or 2nd shooters etc This story has only just begun. Massaging at Eton 07/28/2011
 Last Sunday I was part of a team massaging runners at the end of the Marlow to Windsor Half Marathon. The run is almost all along the Thames Towpath and the weather was brilliant. The winning time was about 1hr 17 mins and my buddy Chris finished about 5th or 6th after a long lay off through injury. Karin was also running and she did her 2nd fastest half marathon time of 1hr 48 mins. We were kept busy massaging weary runners and a good time was had by all.  I noticed a huge amount of Chemtrails in the sky all day Sunday. I pointed them out to a couple of people and tried to explain what they were as they hadn't even heard of them. Unfortunately the general response was indifference. Most people just cannot believe the government,in cahoots with the military, would spray the population and the soil with toxic heavy metals. It is precisely this indifference that allows this spraying to go ahead unchallenged. The population has been so dumbed down and brainwashed by TV,newspapers,shit food,poisoned water and a gazillion other things that they cannot grasp the fact they are being slowly EXTERMINATED. Just Google AGENDA 21 and see what is in store for humanity.  On a lighter note...I was stung by a 'kin' wasp on my left foot and it swelled up big time!!! This was after my attempts at enlightening people to the wonders of chemtrails and so I can only assume it was an illuminati wasp on a specific mission to shut me up...we may never know as I crushed the life out of it with my good foot..payback is a mo-fo!!!  Found a new crystal shop in Burnham High St the other week. It's called HEWELL'S and is run by the lovely Sandra. She sells crystals,gem stones,books,incense,tibetan bowls among other things. Sandra is also a Reiki Master and holds Reiki swaps in the shop along with events like chanting and meditations.  The shop is small but has a stack of stuff in it and has a really nice energy to it.  Got myself an 8k medicine ball yesterday from Argooos. Yesterday evening I went up to my local field and threw this beasty all over the place for 20 mins. Front pushes,overhead throws and oblique tosses the length of the field. Great workout and very simple...I like simple cos I am only a bloke!!! It's a solid bit of kit but the toxic,chemical stink it gives off it is so bad I can't even have it in the flat...it has to live outside Marlow Triathlon 07/28/2011
 My friend Karin recently did the Olympic distance triathlon at Marlow. It was a 750m swim in the Thames,a 35k bike around Henley and a 10k run. It was her first try at this distance and she finished in 3hrs and12mins. The photo shows,from left:Anna,Rachel and Karin from Team Evolution based in Windsor,after the event.
