This is a video report about a NZ farmer who got swine flu and was at death's door...the Dr's wanted to turn off his life support off but his family insisted they try high dose vitamin C...the medics refused...this is the story of the family's battle to get the vitamin C treatment provided against the Dr's wishes...it shows the arrogance of the medical system and their "we know best " attitude. and is a good reason why it's not wise to get ill enough to be admitted into hospital.

Most diet and nutrition "experts" tell you to cut saturated fat if you want to lose weight...BULLSHIT!!!
The body has a really hard time converting unused fats to fat but it is really good at converting carbs to fat.
This ridiculous "fat makes you fat" mantra was created by the low fat food industry to convince you to buy their "low fat" products.
Processed carbs,particularly grains are easy to work with,cheap,have a long shelf life and are tasty...they are easy to convert low fat cereals,biscuits and bars.
Commercial cattle farmers, who are out to maximise profits at the expense of health, feed their animals GRAINS...NOT FAT!!
Grains fatten up animals ,and humans, faster than a really fast thing and they are dead CHEAP.
Grains,especially non organic ones,are sprayed with pesticides in the field ,and with fungicides when they are stored...this makes them TOXIC ,which is cool,, because when toxins are ingested they are stored in body FAT ,and if  you ,or the animals, don't have enough body fat to store these toxins it will CREATE FAT to store them in.
Carbs also store a lot of water with them so it is no wonder animals and humans get fat VERY quickly eating grains.
Cheap finely ground grains also hit the bloodstream as fast as sugar and raise INSULIN levels VERY quickly...Insulin is the FAT STORAGE HORMONE and when levels are high it is IMPOSSIBLE to burn fat.
Grains are the main reason behind diabetes,obesity,fungal problems,food intolerances,digestion issues,arthritis like joint pains,brain fog and much more...do yourself a favour...STOP EATING THEM.

Went to Waltham Place Farm Shop last week for lunch and found this gem of a book in their shop.
It's all about Biodynamic Farming which is FAR superior to Organic Farming.
Biodynamic Farming was the brain child of Rudolf Steiner in the 1920's and is known for it's use of spray preparations and homeopathic concoctions on the soil and plants.
Most of the book concentrates on how to make these sprays and it really is amazing stuff as the farmer,his spirituality,elemental beings and Nature all work together to improve on what Nature can provide on her own.

Betty Boo is a tiny little dog who lives in Eton and every time I go to Costa I pop in and see her.

I am not a big fan of dogs and much prefer cats but this has got to be the cutest dog in the world.

I think she is really a cat in a dog's body!!
She does not yap and yelp and isn't an ankle biter...everytime I visit she runs up to me and licks my feet...when I pick her up she licks my face,hands and ears.
Betty Boo,and pets like her,are here to teach us a lesson about love.
If only humans.could show each other the unconditional love that pets do...the world would be a much better place.
I challenge even the most miserable git in the world not to feel better after being in the presence of such a loving creature as Betty Boo.

Last weekend I was massaging tired legs at the Maidenhead and District Cyling Club 15 mile Time Trial just outside Windsor.
The weather was scorchio and I don't know who sweated more...me or the riders.

The GMC...General Medical Council...today struck Dr.Andrew Wakefield off the Medical Register for "serious professional misconduct".
Far from being a rogue quack out to harm people,Dr.Wakefield is a hero for daring to bring to public awareness the possible link between the triple MMR vaccine and autism in children.
The GMC,which is really just there to protect the interests of the drug companies,sprang into action after take up of the MMR dropped as concerned parents reacted to the info.
Andrew Wakefield was hauled over the coals and had the book thrown at him big time...the message is clear..."THIS IS WHAT WE WILL DO TO ANY DR.WHO QUESTIONS THE WAY THINGS ARE DONE".

Saw a client last week suffering from a painful shoulder after pulling wheelies on his BMX...he is 40 yrs old!!!
I used massage on the deltoid and upper trapezius areas followed by 30 mins of Quantum Touch on the painful area.

You can cure YOUR cancer by cleaning up YOUR toxic lifestyle...putting toxic cancer drugs into your body will make you WORSE...so witholding the cancer drugs from you is doing you a favour.
Take responsibility for your own health and stop thinking you NEED cancer drugs...the only cure for any illness is EXCELLENT HEALTH.

The televised "debate" between the 3 wannabees Cameron,Clegg and Brown has been nothing more than an advert for a car..."Shall I buy the blue,red or yellow one?"...it doesn't matter which one you buy because they are the same car in different colours.
The gormless press and media have thrown their best reporters at it analysing every word and gesture with a seriousness that is mind boggling.
Watching 3 rich,white guys lying through their teeth is seen as serious political debate and the even more gormless british public is lapping it up.
I liken the general election to painting the door of a whorehouse a different colour every few years...red,yellow or blue...the occupants are still gonna screw you.
The Prime Minister is NOT in control of the country and is just telling us what the controlling elite tell him to.
The 3 stooges are pre-selected to stand for election...nobody gets to the level of prime ministerial candidate without going through the political system,ticking all the right boxes and doing exactly as they are told.
Politics is corrupt to the core and totally controlled so the idea we can influence it by voting is just a joke...it doesn't matter who wins...the government always gets in.

Essence World moved to Sunninghill from Eton last week.

Barbara and Laura run Essence World which provides Flower Essences and Energy Healing.

They had a party for all their customers and when I turned up it was heaving.

The scoff and drinks were all top quality and a chef was on hand to make it all.

Laura was waitressing at lightening speed while Barbara blubbed her eyes out!!!
