Core Conditioning
The human body moves using,"centrally generated motor patterns",which means you recruit your muscles from the core outward.
The core is what is left after removing the arms and legs so training it correctly will involve more than just sit-ups...in fact sit-ups will usually make you worse.
A weak core will adversley affect all movement and can cause problems all the way from the head to the feet.
The CHEK approach to core conditioning involves identifying core muscle weaknesses and designing a programme to eliminate those weaknesses.
It also involves a Nutrition and Lifestyle evaluation as these areas are often the causes of a weak core in the first place.
